Over the years, we’ve enjoyed many special moments with our customers, shared many laughs and even adapted to the unpredictable circumstances brought on by the COVID pandemic. Throughout, we relied on our commitment to the community to get us through.
In 2021, we decided to expand our view of French cuisine by adding dishes from around the world that were inspired either by French recipes or techniques. As such, we also thought it appropriate to undergo a name change and we became Brasserie du Monde.
